Hi Mombers! Moms of Carbon County (MOCC) continues to celebrate and honor our empowering MOMbers, and the lives they lead. This month, we have decided to highlight one of the board Members, and not just any Board Member, but the President of Moms of Carbon County (MOCC), Pat Walker!!!
Some of you may have read posts by Pat, or seen her representing MOCC at local events, through social media live casts and in many of our photos. A true humanitarian in every sense of the word, Pat is no stranger to the community. She has been involved with Relay for Life, Walnuport VFW, and many more, now including Moms of Carbon County.
She is the face of Liberty Oil, a Pure Romance Super Star (buzz, buzz baby), a loyal friend, a beautiful wife and a powerhouse of a mom. Let’s learn some more about our President, Pat Walker!!!…
What is your full name and where do you live? Patricia Walker, Lehighton,Pa
How many children do you have, and what are their ages? (Please include angel/fur babies) 4 children, 1 stepchild 24, 14, twins 13, 12 . fur baby is my dog Erin
What is the hardest part about being a mother/grandmother? Hardest part about being a mom is juggling work, kids, school and time for myself ( if there is such a thing)
Which one of your children / grandchildren do you think is most like you? My daughter Summer
What did you want to do with your life prior to children? I wanted to be an obstetrician
Did your goals/accomplishments change after you had children? yes
If you had it to do over again, what would you change? I don’t think I would change anything. I believe my life was God’s plan for me.
Is there something you wish you were better at doing? Time management
What three words best describe you? Witty, sarcastic and loveable
What’s your least favorite household chore? Cleaning the toilets
What is your spirit animal? squirrel
Do you have any hobbies or talents you would like to share? Baton twirling and bowling
What charities/community outreach/nonprofits are you passionate about? MOCC, VFW and Relay for Life

Why did you join Moms of Carbon County (MOCC)? To meet other moms and spend time doing fun things with them
Pat has taken on the roll of President and brought MOCC to a whole new level. Her sincere unconditional love for all Mombers, her determination, her strength and her ability to make us all laugh from the bottoms of our bellys has been a true asset to MOCC, and to our lives personally.
