Heather Langan Jensen is a single mother of 3 amazing young men Brady (2), Sean (11) and Christopher (14). Originally from New Jersey, Heather and her two older boys relocated to Lehighton in 2013 to start a new and rewarding life. They were immediately in love with the area and settled into a beautiful life as a family of 4 when Brady arrived in 2015.
Heather is a graduate of Montclair State University (MSU) where she obtain a Bachelors in Liberal Arts, with a concentration in Journalism. Following graduation, Heather worked in many fields including personal assistant/au pair; online advertising, publications, defense and eventually landing a career with Olympus Corporation of the America’s (OCA), where she currently works. Throughout her career with OCA, Ms. Jensen had held administrative positions in Compliance, Supply Chain & Operations and Finance; as well as assisted with many community outreach initiatives through the Woman’s CAN.
In addition to her professional progress, Ms. Jensen has always pursued humanitarian projects and community service initiatives through March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, The 3rd Street Alliance Woman’s Shelter, Sussex County Alcohol and Drug Association (SCADA) and most recently created and grew a local nonprofit, Moms of Carbon County (MOCC).
